Tier 1 - FREE - PCG Courtesy
Our complimentary Tier 1 warranty provides you with one year of coverage on both parts and labor. This is a great option for customers who are confident in their ability to maintain their system and who want basic protection against manufacturing defects.
Tier 2 - $69.95 - 1-year parts, 3-year labor + Free 2-year upgrade
For added peace of mind, our Tier 2 warranty extends your parts coverage to three years and includes priority rush diagnostic with a 24-hour turnaround. Plus, you'll receive a free two-year upgrade to keep your system up-to-date.
Tier 3 - $139.95 - 3-year parts and labor + Free lifetime upgrades
Our Tier 3 warranty provides the ultimate protection for your desktop computer. With three years of coverage on both parts and labor, you'll have peace of mind knowing that your system is fully protected against manufacturing defects and normal wear-and-tear. Plus, you'll enjoy free lifetime upgrades to keep your system up-to-date and compatible with the latest technology.
Tier 4 - $224.95 - 3-year parts and labor, priority support + Free lifetime upgrades
Our top-tier warranty offers the most comprehensive protection available. You'll enjoy three years of coverage on both parts and labor, priority rush diagnostic with a 24-hour turnaround, and zero labor fees on all upgrades when you purchase the components through us. Plus, you'll benefit from free lifetime upgrades to keep your system up-to-date.

Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Software errors, including but not limited to corrupted software, viruses, and spyware
- Physical abuse or accidental damage
- Parts not covered by the warranty, such as laptop batteries
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper installation or maintenance
- Damage caused by natural disasters, power surges, or spikes
- Damage caused by incompatible software or hardware
Obtaining Warranty Service
To receive warranty service, please contact PCG at (813)-639-0211 or manager@tampapcg.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to ship your gaming PC to our store or feel free to drop off your system at our store if you are in the Tampa area. Once we receive your gaming PC, we will inspect it and determine the cause of the malfunction. If the malfunction is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the defective part at no charge. We will also cover the cost of shipping your repaired or replacement gaming PC back to you.

If you've already purchased a desktop computer from PCG, you can still upgrade your warranty coverage within 90 days. Contact our customer service team to learn more about our available options.
